지난 2016년 9월 16일(금)부터 19일(월)까지 싱가포르 국립대(NUS, National University of Singapore)에서 개최된 2016 SETAC Asia/Pacific Conference (The 10th Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry) 국제학술대회에 제출한 "Quantitative Assessment of Risk and Benefit by Fish and Shellfish Consumption of the General Korean Population " 논문이 Best Student Poster Presentation 2nd Prizes를 수상하였다. 상기 발표논문은 어패류 중 다이옥신류(PCDD/Fs, DL-PCBs) 농도와 불포화지방산(EPA, DHA) 농도를 모니터링한 후, 그들의 risk (%TEQ, Cancer death)와 benefit (IQ gain,심혈관계 질환 감소)를 평가한 내용이었다.
