Suckerins, the building blocks of squid sucker ring teeth, self‐assemble into supramolecular cross‐β motifs. In this study, it is demonstrated that suckerins can serve as strong wet‐resistant adhesives, with an adhesive strength exceeding that of mussel adhesive proteins. The study shows that the cross‐β motif is the major contributor to the strong wet‐adhesion, offering new opportunities in bioinspired wet adhesives.​
